People sometimes underestimate scarecrows. They think that all scarecrows do is stand in the field and laze around. They don’t realize how hard a job it really is! Scarecrows always have to be vigilant to guard their crop from crows and other pesky birds. It’s a 24/7 job that takes immense concentration! And it’s even harder when you can’t really move your arms or legs, since you’re just stuffed with straw and have no muscles. The fact that you’re able to do your job at all is really impressive!
